The Project Supervision Series is intended for both new and veteran journeymen and frontline managers who directly supervise other workers. A good supervisor provides leadership and improves efficiency which largely determines whether a project in build on time and within budget. The 20 hour course covers the following topics: 

· Orientation to the job
· Human Relations & Problem Solving
· Safety
· Quality Control
· Contract and Construction Documents
· Document Control and Estimating
· Planning & Scheduling
· Resource Control and Cost Awareness

Course Instructor

Andy Lee– owner of LeeCon General Contractor, LLC has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Andy’s roles of carpenter, assistant superintendent, safety coordinator, superintendent, project manager, estimator and business owner have given him a clear perspective of the challenges faced by all members of the construction team.
